Data Use & Retention

1. Roles
PT PUMA Cat Indonesia is the data controller and determines the purposes and means of processing. Retail Ascent operates the platform as a technology service and data processor acting on behalf of the controller.

Records are retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, or as required by applicable law.

| Profile & enrollment records | While the account or cohort assignment remains active, then archived or deleted at cohort close-out. |
| Learning progress & quiz records | 12 months after cohort completion, then archived or deleted. |
| Case & Final Project submissions | 12 months after cohort completion, then archived or deleted. |
| Attendance records | 12 months after cohort completion, then archived or deleted. |
| Facilitator observations and notes | 12 months after cohort completion, then archived or deleted. |
| Consent records | Retained for the duration required to evidence lawful processing. |
| Audit and security logs | Retained for the duration required for security, integrity and legal-obligation purposes. |
3. Access controls
- Access is restricted by role and cohort assignment.
- Administrative access is limited to authorised personnel of the controller and the processor.
- Access changes and privileged actions are recorded in audit logs.
4. Review, archive and delete
- Retention reviews are scheduled at cohort close-out by the controller.
- Archival and deletion follow the schedule in Section 2 unless a legal-hold or regulatory obligation applies.
- Backups are retained for a limited operational window and then overwritten in the ordinary course.
5. Individual rights and requests
You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Submit requests via Support or the Privacy & Data center. Requests are handled by the controller and logged for audit.
6. Governing law
This document is governed by Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
