PUMA Retail Ascent — internal learning platform. Effective date: [to be confirmed].

What we collect

• Account and profile: name, email, function, cohort, roles, account status.
• Learning progress: module completion, section indicators, timestamps.
• Quiz and simulation results: attempts, scores, best score, pass/fail status.
• Case and Final Project submissions: written responses, deliverables, financial models, milestones, team composition.
• Attendance: session presence, late, excused, absent.
• Facilitator assessments: rubric scores and learner-visible feedback on JPO case and Final Project.
• Developmental observations: facilitator notes captured during the programme. Private notes are restricted.
• Consent and audit records: which policy versions you accepted, when, and administrative actions logged for accountability.

How we use it

• Delivering the academy programme end-to-end.
• Tracking your progress and certification readiness.
• Supporting facilitator coaching and development conversations.
• Improving course design based on aggregate patterns.
• Maintaining platform security and administrative auditability.

Who can see your data

• You see your own learning records at any time.
• Assigned facilitators see learners in their cohorts to provide developmental support.
• Administrators manage academy operations (users, cohorts, enrollments).
• Private facilitator notes are restricted to the authoring facilitator and administrators. They are not shown to learners or other facilitators.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• The platform is not an automated promotion or employment-decision system.
• Access is role-based and enforced at the database layer.
• Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information (health, family, political, religious). See our Developmental Assessment Notice.

You can review your consent status and profile data at any time via Privacy & Data. You may request correction, export or review through Support.
