1. Acceptance and authority
These Terms govern access to and use of the PUMA RAMP environment (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, the user confirms that they:
- are an authorised user
- are using the Platform for approved business purposes
- have authority to use the account provided
- agree to comply with these Terms
- agree to comply with applicable PT PUMA Cat Indonesia policies
If the user does not agree or is not authorised, they must not use the Platform.
2. Platform roles
PT PUMA Cat Indonesia is the organisation responsible for the PUMA RAMP environment and determines the authorised business purposes for which it is used.
Retail Ascent provides the technology service and processes data on behalf of PT PUMA Cat Indonesia.
4. Account security
Users must:
- keep account credentials confidential
- use only their own authorised account
- not share passwords or authentication credentials
- not attempt to bypass access controls
- notify support of suspected compromise
- ensure information submitted is reasonably accurate
- sign out or secure devices when appropriate

5. Prohibited conduct
Users must not:
- access data without authorisation
- attempt to cross tenant or permission boundaries
- impersonate another user
- interfere with platform security
- introduce malicious software
- scrape or extract data without approval
- reverse engineer the Platform except where legally permitted
- upload unlawful or harmful material
- submit information they are not authorised to process
- misuse personal or confidential information
- use platform outputs to discriminate unlawfully
- use the Platform for unauthorised personal or commercial purposes
- circumvent audit trails
- falsify approvals, actions, learning records or operational information
6. Organisational data
Business information entered into PUMA RAMP remains subject to PT PUMA Cat Indonesia’s ownership, access, confidentiality and records-management requirements.
Users do not obtain ownership of company data by entering, viewing or working with it through the Platform.
Retail Ascent receives only the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure and support the data on behalf of PT PUMA Cat Indonesia.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform software, interface, design system, workflows, documentation, trademarks and related intellectual property are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
PUMA trademarks remain the property of their respective owner.
Retail Ascent platform intellectual property remains with its authorised owner or licensor.
Users receive a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Platform for authorised business purposes.
8. Confidentiality
Users must protect confidential information accessed through the Platform, including:
- commercial plans
- store information
- financial assumptions
- sales information
- employee information
- operational information
- vendor information
- business-development opportunities
- approvals
- documents
- system information
- reports
Users may disclose information only where authorised or legally required.
9. User content
Users are responsible for ensuring that information they submit:
- is reasonably accurate
- is relevant to authorised business use
- does not infringe third-party rights
- does not contain unlawful content
- does not include unnecessary personal data
- is uploaded with appropriate authority
PT PUMA Cat Indonesia may correct, restrict, archive or remove content where required for security, accuracy, policy or legal reasons.
10. Workflow and decision support
RAMP supports workflows, prioritisation, reporting, learning and decision-making. Platform outputs may include:
- scores
- recommendations
- alerts
- prioritised actions
- developmental insights
- operational summaries
- generated reports
These outputs are decision-support tools. Users remain responsible for reviewing information and applying appropriate professional and business judgement.
11. Employment decisions
Retail Ascent does not make automated hiring, promotion, compensation, disciplinary or termination decisions.
Developmental and Academy features are intended to support learning and capability development. See the Developmental Assessment Notice.
Final employment decisions remain the responsibility of authorised PT PUMA Cat Indonesia personnel and must comply with applicable law and internal policies.
12. Third-party services
The Platform may rely on approved third-party infrastructure or services. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms. PT PUMA Cat Indonesia and Retail Ascent are not responsible for third-party services outside their reasonable control, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
13. Service availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform availability, security and performance. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- maintenance
- updates
- technical incidents
- infrastructure failures
- security measures
- events outside reasonable control
14. Platform changes
Features may be added, updated, replaced, limited, suspended or retired where necessary for:
- product improvement
- security
- operational requirements
- legal compliance
- organisational requirements
Material changes should be communicated where appropriate.
15. Suspension and termination
PT PUMA Cat Indonesia may suspend or terminate access where:
- authorisation ends
- employment or assignment changes
- security risk exists
- misuse is suspected
- policy is breached
- law requires it
- tenant administration requires it
Relevant obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and data handling continue after access ends where applicable.
16. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided for authorised business use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every individual business decision.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT PUMA Cat Indonesia, Retail Ascent and their authorised providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from unauthorised use, misuse, unsupported reliance or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
18. Other agreements
These Terms do not replace employment contracts, internal company policies, confidentiality obligations, data-processing agreements or other signed agreements.
Where a signed agreement or mandatory internal policy conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement or mandatory policy will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
19. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated due to:
- platform changes
- legal requirements
- security requirements
- organisational requirements
- operating-model changes
The effective date is updated when the Terms materially change. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted and appropriately communicated.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
