The PUMA Retail Ascent is an internal training and development platform for invited employees and cohort members. It is not a public service.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or credentials.
• Do not export or redistribute cohort materials outside PUMA.
• Case content, financial figures and market data shown in modules are illustrative training data.

Developmental signals

Facilitator observations, quiz scores and Decision Lab classifications are developmental signals that inform coaching. They are not automated employment decisions. See Developmental Assessment Notice.

Data

Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice and retained per Data Use & Retention.
