Developmental Assessment Notice

Read this before working with any facilitator or assessment surface.

What developmental assessment means here

• Evidence comes from your learning activities, simulations, cases, attendance and facilitator observations.
• Scores are developmental indicators, not scientific personality or psychometric assessments.
• Results must not be the sole basis for employment, promotion, succession or discipline decisions.
• Human judgment and broader performance evidence remain necessary.

Guidance for facilitators

• Use observable, evidence-based language in notes and feedback.
• Do not enter health, family, political, religious or other unnecessary sensitive personal information about a learner.
• Private facilitator notes are restricted to the authoring facilitator and administrators; they are never shown to learners or other facilitators.
